Nolan Williams:

Nolan Williams is a BCBA who received his training at the University of North Texas. He has worked with a diverse array of clients, differing greatly in age, diagnosis, and skill level. His primary research interests center around how to best conceptualize and teach the repertoires commonly referred to as emotional intelligence. He is also an active participant in compassionate ABA research, which is a program focused on teaching RBTs non-coercive therapy practices by increasing learners' degrees of freedom and designing instructional programs that utilize naturally occurring rather than arbitrary reinforcement for learners. Nolan employs non-linear contingency analytic methods and techniques from precision teaching in his practice and research.
