Returns & Refunds
Online Course Refunds: Refunds for online courses are not available except for instances in which the User could not access materials or materials were accessed minimally. Each online program has its own limit. The amount of time users of the CBA Learning Module Series could access the program and still be eligible for a refund is two hours. Please contact Behavior Development Solutions for usage evaluations and any other questions regarding refund eligibility. Refund consideration expires 60 days from purchase date. In some circumstances BDS may approve and facilitate the creation of a "clean data sheet." Please refer to our Pass Guarantee & Extension policy for more details. NOTE: when usage is evaluated for refund eligibility under the limited use policy, BDS staff WILL take into account the time and usage spent across data sheets.
Webinar Refunds: Any request for a refund is forfeited within 30 days of the date of the webinar. Requests for refunds will be individually reviewed by BDS staff. If granted, refunds will be adjusted in accordance with the level of access and instructional content (including handouts and webinar duration) enjoyed by the attendee, as calculated by the GoToWebinar software and Attendee Report.
Individuals who purchased access but did not attend may qualify for a full refund. Individuals who purchased CEUs, and attended, but did not qualify for CEUs may be eligible to receive the difference between the "seat only" price and the CE upgrade that was purchased. Bulk-discount purchase refunds, if granted, are only awarded in the form of store credit (rewards points) without exception.
