OBM has been a bit of a buzz word lately in the world of ABA. Many practitioners focus performance management as “OBM” when in fact there are several other disciplines within the field. This CEU will provide a broad overview of the different applications of OBM and assessments that can be used. In addition, the speaker will spend time discussing the current job market and various pathways into the field of OBM along with barriers.

identify 2 different assessments that can be used in the application of OBM
state 3 different subcategories of OBM.
identify best ways to apply OBM in the workplace.
