CBA Learning Module Series TCO6 (v10) Pass Guarantee

MONEY-BACK POLICY

A full purchase price refund (excluding extensions) will be provided contingent upon:

(1)  Failure of the BCBA/BCaBA exam

(2)  100% of the learning modules in "Domains" (A through I, including the unit on DEI) completed to 100% correct* as indicated by the Course Completion Report within 6 months from the actual exam date.  For customers with subscriptions over 6 months long, please note that the policy is not from the beginning of the subscription and that qualifying is measured by completion data recorded within the 6 months preceding the actual exam date. Data from the course completion report is used to determine completion and the begin date can be modified to reflect an exact 6 month date range. You can use the Pass Guarantee Calculator (located under Preferences) to help determine modules that need to be retaken to criterion.**

(3)  BDS receiving the BCBA/BCaBA exam report indicating failure of the exam within 14 days of the licensed user's receipt of BACB notification.  Submit exam report to support@bds.com

(4) Licensed user agrees to immediate cessation of the CBA LMS and termination of the active subscription

Organizations (e.g., schools, agencies, and universities) that purchase the CBA LMS are only eligible for a refund if the program is purchased for a particular individual and BDS is given the name of that individual at the time of purchase.

Organizations that purchase complete or partial payments and have their own no refund policy in effect are not eligible for a refund.  The free extension option is available provided the user meets the extension qualifications.

*For the purpose of this guarantee, BDS completion requirements may differ from and supersede all university and organization terms.

**For example, if you take the exam on July 15, 2022, your CBA LMS Course Completion Report must reflect completion (to 100%) on all of the learning modules in 01 Foundations and 02 Applications between January 15, 2022 and July 15, 2022.

 

FREE EXTENSION POLICY

A free 60-day extension will be provided contingent upon:

(1)  Failure of the BCBA/BCaBA exam

(2)  70% of the learning modules in "Domains" (A through I, including the unit on DEI) completed to 100% correct as indicated by the CBA LMS Course Completion Report within the 6 months* preceding the actual exam date.

For customers with subscriptions over 6 months long, please note that the policy is not from the beginning of the subscription and that qualifying is measured by completion data recorded within the 6 months preceding the actual exam date. Data from the course completion report is used to determine the completion date and the begin date can be modified to reflect an exact 6 month date range.**

(3)  BDS receiving the BCBA/BCaBA Exam Report indicating failure of the exam within 60 days of the licensed user's receipt of the BACB notification.  Submit the exam report to support@bds.com

*For the purpose of this free extension, BDS completion requirements might differ from and supersede all university and organization terms.

**For example, if you take the BACB Exam on February 15, 2022, your CBA LMS Course Completion report must reflect completion (to 100%) on at least 70% of the modules in 01 Foundations and 02 Applications between August 15, 2021 and February 15, 2022.

 

DISCOUNTED EXTENSIONS

Customers who are not eligible for a free extension or who require extra study time, may purchase a weekly or monthly extension. Extension options are not available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or customers with CBA LMS subscriptions that have been expired for 12 months or more.  Example:  a subscription expiration date of 9/15/20 does not qualify for an extension if requested after 9/15/21.  Purchase an extension in the BDS store.  All extension purchases are subject to BDS review and final approval which may take 24 to 48 hours before the CBA subscription is adjusted.

BDS offers a $50 second purchase discount for full CBA LMS subscriptions (3, 6, 12, 24, 36, or 48 month) but will not be combined with previously applied discounts.  If you do not see that the discount has already been applied to your account after signing in, request the discount from support@bds.com

 

Clean Data Sheet: 

In some circumstances BDS may approve and facilitate the creation of a "clean data sheet." This may be via the transfer of remaining subscription time to a new account, or by establishing a 2nd subscription within an existing account. "Clean data sheet" data CAN NOT be combined with data from a separate account or earlier subscription window! Do NOT request this unless you truly wish to start over from the beginning. Prior data that would have otherwise been eligible towards a pass guarantee window is forfeited. Instead of a clean data sheet, you can use the Pass Guarantee Calculator (located under Preferences) to help determine modules that need to be retaken to criterion.
